Email language (English or BM)

envoice sends every email in English or Bahasa Melayu. You do not set this in a separate place: it follows the language you use in the app.
Your own emails
Account emails (sign-in links, invitations, plan and API key reminders, setup nudges) use the language you last chose with the EN / BM switch at the top right of the app.
- Click BM to use the app in Bahasa Melayu.
- envoice saves that choice to your account. From then on your emails arrive in BM too.
Click EN to switch back. The change applies to the next email you receive.
Before you have an account (for example the email that confirms your sign-up), envoice uses the language you had selected on the page where you signed up.
Emails to your buyers
- E-invoice emails you send with the Email button on a document: envoice checks whether the address belongs to an envoice user. If it does, the email uses that person's language. Otherwise it goes out in English.
- Portal requests: a buyer who switches the request form to BM gets the confirmation and the e-invoice email in BM.
- Team invitations use the invited person's language if they already have an envoice account, and English otherwise.
