Add team members and roles
Audience: Shop owner (Admin) Time: 2 minutes
Invite your accountant or staff so they can submit and manage documents, with the right level of access.
Roles
- Owner , full control: billing, members, settings, and all documents.
- Accountant , create, submit, and cancel documents. No billing or member management.
- Staff , create and submit documents only.
1. Open Members
From the dashboard, open Settings, then go to Members. The Current members table lists everyone with access, their email, and role.
2. Invite someone
Under Invite member, enter their email, pick a role from the dropdown, and click Invite. They receive an invitation to join your shop.
Give your accountant the Accountant role , they can submit and cancel e-invoices but cannot change billing or remove members.
