Refund Policy

Within 30 days of your first paid charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. Submit via your billing page or email refunds@envoice.my with your shop name and reason.

If your first 3 production invoices fail LHDN validation within 14 days of upgrading due to a problem on our side, we'll get you validating: hands-on onboarding via WhatsApp plus 1 free month of your paid tier while we resolve it. If we can't, you receive a full refund. This covers failures in our submission pipeline; it does not cover incorrect or incomplete data you supply, your own LHDN account or certificate setup, or LHDN / MyInvois downtime or changes.

Refunds reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds do not apply to Enterprise plans with signed annual contracts (separate terms apply).
