Enter your LHDN credentials into envoice
Audience: Shop owner (Admin) Time: 2 minutes You'll need: the Client ID + Client Secret from the previous guide.
Connect envoice to LHDN by entering your credentials. Start in Sandbox to test safely before going live.
1. Open Settings → LHDN
From the dashboard, open Settings, then the LHDN tab.

The panel at the top shows your current Environment, Client ID, and connection Status. Below it are the fields you edit.
2. Choose Sandbox
In the environment dropdown, select Sandbox (preprod-api). Sandbox lets you issue test e-invoices end to end , nothing is sent to the real LHDN system, so you can try everything safely.
3. Paste your credentials
- Client ID , from the ERP registration.
- Client Secret , Client Secret 1 you copied. (If you're updating later and want to keep the current secret, leave this blank.)
4. Save and verify
Click Save and verify. envoice checks the credentials against LHDN; on success the Status shows Verified with the date.
5. Test it
Create an invoice (Documents → New) and submit. In Sandbox you'll see it run through the full flow and return a validated result , proof everything's wired correctly.
Going live: switch to Production
When you've tested in Sandbox and you're ready to issue real e-invoices:
- On the same Settings → LHDN tab, change the environment dropdown to Production (api).
- Confirm your Client ID and Client Secret are filled (leave the secret blank to keep the current one).
- Click Save and verify.

Once the Status shows Verified on Production, every document you submit goes to the real LHDN MyInvois system. That's it , envoice handles the signing and submission for you.
