How much does envoice cost?
envoice has four plans. Each one includes a number of documents per calendar month and one shop.

What changes between plans
- Credit, debit and refund notes: Starter and above.
- CSV upload: Starter and above.
- API access: Pro and Enterprise.
- Your own portal address (yourshop.envoice.my) for buyer requests: Pro and Enterprise.
- White label: Enterprise.
- Team members: unlimited on every plan.
If you use envoice inside the Shopify or Wix app, some of these limits follow that app's own pricing instead.
Shops
Every plan includes one shop. On Starter, Pro and Enterprise each extra shop costs RM15 a month; the Free plan stays at one shop. A shop is one LHDN taxpayer, with its own TIN and credentials.
How documents are counted
- The monthly limit is shared across all the shops in your account.
- A document LHDN rejects gives its slot back.
- Documents sent to the internal test mock still count.
- When you reach your limit, envoice stops new submissions until the next month or until you upgrade. There is no overage charge.
