- Do I need a digital certificate?No. envoice files through the MyInvois v1.0 API, which needs only your Client ID and Client Secret.
- Is envoice LHDN certified?envoice does not claim to be LHDN certified or endorsed. It connects to MyInvois through LHDN's public API like any other ERP.
- How much does envoice cost?envoice has four plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise), priced by monthly documents, with one shop included and extra shops at RM15 a month on paid plans.
- Am I exempt from e-invoicing?If your annual turnover or revenue is below RM3 million you are exempt, unless a related company, shareholder or holding company is at RM3 million or more.
- Can I file an invoice that is more than 72 hours old?Yes. envoice files every document with the date and time of submission, so an old invoice is never rejected for being older than 72 hours.
- What do I do about walk-in customers?Walk-in customers who do not ask for an e-invoice get a normal receipt, and their sales go into one consolidated e-invoice each month.
- Test credentials or production credentials?LHDN's test system and production system use separate Client IDs and Secrets. Use the pair that matches the environment you pick in envoice.
