Clearer rejection reasons, with LHDN's guidance

What changed

  • LHDN's guidance, linked. On 25 September 2026, LHDN published error reference pages for its validators, with common error codes, likely causes and recommended fixes. Since 28 September, envoice shows LHDN's own sentence under each rejection reason, with a Read LHDN's guidance link to the matching LHDN page.
  • Plain-language explanations first. Each reason names the field that is wrong and, where envoice knows it, how to fix it.
  • Send to support in one click. Since 11 September, a rejected or failed document has a Send to support button. envoice sends the full LHDN response along with your note, so you do not have to copy anything.

Who it affects

Everyone who has had a document rejected.

Nothing to set up. Next time a document is rejected, open it and read the Rejection reason box. See Why was my document rejected?.
