Refund Policy

Within 30 days of your first paid charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. Submit via your billing page or email [email protected] with your shop name and reason.

If your first 3 production invoices submitted within 14 days of upgrading fail LHDN validation, you receive: full refund + 1 free month of your paid tier + manual onboarding via WhatsApp. Subject to confirming that failures were not due to incorrect data you supplied.

Refunds reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds do not apply to overage charges already invoiced, or to Enterprise plans with signed annual contracts (separate terms apply).
