# envoice

> envoice (envoice.my) is a Malaysian e-invoicing platform for LHDN MyInvois. It files,
> validates, and manages e-invoices (invoices, credit/debit notes, consolidated B2C,
> self-billed) for small businesses, with integrations for Shopify, OpenCart, Stripe, and
> Zoho Books, plus CSV upload and a public request portal. Free tier available.

Key facts:
- Files directly to LHDN MyInvois (v1.0 API, sandbox and production, per-business credentials).
- Consolidated e-invoice: pools B2C orders and files one monthly document, the LHDN-approved
  pattern for retail; orders above RM10,000 or with a buyer TIN are filed individually.
- Refunds become LHDN credit notes referencing the original validated e-invoice; documents
  can be cancelled within LHDN's 72-hour window.
- Foreign currency invoices use Bank Negara Malaysia reference exchange rates.
- Integrations (live): Shopify app (on the Shopify App Store), OpenCart extension (on the
  OpenCart marketplace), Stripe (auto-files an e-invoice when an invoice is paid), Zoho Books
  widget, and CSV import from any system. Auto-submit on paid order, buyer TIN capture, and a
  validation QR in customer emails where the channel supports it. WooCommerce and Xero are in
  progress.
